The Bookkeeper’s responsibilities include:

  • AR/AP, Payroll, 1099’s, commissions, taxes and financial reporting
  • Manage all aspects of running the office
  • Project Management
  • Contractor Administration

 Your ability to work on your own and critical thinking skills will make you invaluable in this small but successful office.


The requirements of the Bookkeeper:

  • Proficient in bookkeeping
  • Strong MS Office (proficient in Excel) and QuickBooks
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Strong and efficient communicator
  • A creative problem solver
