Responsibilities of the Administrative/Marketing Assistant:

  • Answer phones and handle front office operations
  • Administrative support for the brokers; MLS listings, tenant and lease documents
  • Schedule meetings and property tours
  • Prepare flyers, create aerial maps and marketing materials

Desired Qualifications of the Administrative/Marketing Assistant:

  • A college degree or AA combined with some relevant office experience
  • Proven MS Office skills
  • Strong editing and proofing ability
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Any knowledge of marketing a plus

Compensation for the Administrative/Marketing Assistant:
