Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator/Jr. Account Manager:

  • Interface with national retail chains as you take and process incoming orders
  • Manage and update customer database as you track and register shipping documents
  • Assist the Sales Team, respond to customer inquiries, problem solve
  • Assist with invoicing and other administrative tasks

Desired Qualifications of the Customer Service Coordinator/Jr. Account Manager:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Microsoft Suite knowledge
  • Excellent telephone voice

Compensation for the Customer Service Coordinator/Jr. Account Manager:

Salary to $45,000. M-F 6am-2pm schedule, casual, fun office, great benefit plan; including medical, dental and two weeks paid vacation and tons of potential all available here!
