Join the corporate office one of the northwest’s leading Import/ distribution firms as part of their customer service team.

As the client liaison to major retail stores across the US and Canada, you will manage orders and track incoming deliveries from international manufacturers. Coordinate logistics, quote and update pricing, research answers to customer questions regarding product lines. Enjoy assisting sales management team at 4 key tradeshows per year!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator

  • Act as liaison between Sales Team and the client.
  • Research answers to product related questions
  • Quote pricing and process orders
  • Coordinate logistics and track inventory
  • Research and process credits, claims, and deductions

Requirements for the Customer Service Coordinator

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience handling client service calls and e-mails
  • MS Suite knowledge, accurate data entry skills

Compensation for the Customer Service Coordinator is $41,600year
