As the Human Resources Executive, you will join the leadership team and take charge of all HR responsibilities for their 50 people (and growing) company. Responsibilities of the Director of Human Resources:

  • New hire recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, investigations, exit interviews
  • Management of Incentive software for HRIS tracking and control of confidential personnel files
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws
  • Strategize with Executive team regarding Talent Acquisition, best pay practices to plan growth
  • Develop policies and programs that support a high-performance culture in a growing organization
  • Communicate with external recruiting firms for staffing needs and contracts
  • Payroll and benefits administration

Desired Qualifications for the Director of Human Resources:

  • HR Management experience with a mid-sized company experiencing growth
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field a plus
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • SHRM or HR Certification a plus

Compensation for the Director of Human Resources:

$85,000 base annual salary with $10,000 bonus = $95,000 first year (DOE)
