Join this well respected commercial real estate firm as their Marketing Administrative Assistant. Your marketing expertise, strong organizational and communication skills are desired here. Create and update flyers, edit building documents, aerial maps, design and assemble marketing material and packages in Adobe Creative Suite. Your strong command of the English language is needed for content and print collateral pieces. Assist the brokers, partners and internal team with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Administrative Assistant:

  • Create presentation and packages in Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Prepare flyers, create aerial maps and marketing materials
  • Administrative duties using Word and Excel

Desired Qualifications of the Marketing Administrative Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s degree, real estate industry is preferred
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite & MS Office
  • Administrative experience
  • Strong editing and proofing ability

Compensation for the Marketing Administrative Assistant:
