Responsibilities for the Office Manager HR Assistant

· Mail, records and file management

· Assist Accountants with data entry into QuickBooks

· Organize and update confidential, human resources files

· Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment process

Desired qualities and experience for the Office Manager HR Assistant (part-time)

· Relevant work experience

· Exposure to QuickBooks or another integrated accounting software

· Excellent organizational and file management skills

· A proactive personality who can self-manage
