Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator

  • Assist VP of Sales and his team with preparation of quotes and preliminary proposals.
  • Coordinate shipments, delivery and installation.
  • Communicate and update client throughout the life of the project

Requirements of the Project Coordinator

  • MS Suite and highly organized
  • 1-2+ years Office admin experience
  • AA or higher degree preferred
  • Exposure to any project process a plus

The starting annual salary for this position is $42,000-$45,000.
